Poetry has existed for centuries in the Western and Eastern world. It
has the ability to trigger our inner emotions: anger, sadness, joy,
frustration and even pain. Poetry can also enhance our imagination.
When reading a poem, do you imagine the scene and put yourself in the
specific situation? Do you try to understand how the writer/ poet is
feeling? Is your visual interpretation as strong as the poem? And just
how do you interpret a poem visually?
